The other option that you have is to sit down (phone or by skype) with Ms. Bair and she will do a mini health history learning more about your physical, mental, emotional and intellectual goals for daily living and healing. She will learn about any allergies, intolerances, and aroma preferences that you have and create for you a customized aromatherapy diffusion and topical essential oil therapy plan for you to use for the next 1-6 months. The oils and products are an additional cost to the coaching session. You will decide with her before any blends or products are purchased. One of her favorite ways to help you incorporate the oil therapy into your on-the-go busy world is making your blends into easy to carry glass rollerball vials. Secondly, the oils in bottles are best for at your home or desk for diffusion.
Ms. Bair loves the oils for so many reasons and will share the knowledge that she has to help you use them safely and appropriately for your conditions, needs and goals. She will also be able to advise you on how to reduce your toxic load and improve your well-being by using healthier body, skin care, household cleaners and more made from therapeutic grade essential oils for a fraction of the price than the pre-made off the shelf products cost.

After you purchase your appointment; you can call 972-930-0260 to schedule your time with Jenny. The sessions are an hour and a half. Your specialty blends make take a few more days to get blended. They can be picked up at Living Well Health and Wellness Center in Dallas or they can be mailed to you.
